When will I receive my order?
The turn-around time from when the order is placed is about 20 weeks. The turn-around time is dependent on the artist's order load and is subject to change at any time should there be a necessity to do so. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us!

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. Once an inclusion has been set, it cannot be reset as it could cause damage. We recommend you know your ring size before placing an order. You can purchase a ring sizing tool online or visit any jeweler.

How do I ship my inclusion?
You will receive an address to ship your inclusion after an order has been placed. Mail your inclusion(s) via USPS, first class. Please keep your tracking number so you can verify I receive your inclusion, it is your responsibility to ensure your inclusion is delivered. If you are local to Crofton, Maryland, you have the option of drop off your inclusion and drop off/pick up once your order is completed.
Please clearly label bags and containers with the name and order number associated with your order.
I am not responsible for inclusions being lost or damaged in transit or for delays in shipping.

Breast Milk
Please enclose 1 oz of room temperature breastmilk into a sealed breastmilk storage bag and then into a sealed ziplock bag to prevent leaks. Expired or frozen milk is fine but please be sure it is room temperature. 1 oz of breastmilk is enough for multiple pieces. There will be a $20 charge for any extra samples of breastmilk due to the cost associated with preserving breastmilk.

Cremation Ash
Place 1 teaspoon of ashes in a sealed container and then into a sealed ziplock bag to prevent leaks.

Umbilical Cord
The umbilical cord must be completely dried or preserved prior to shipping. Place umbilical cord in a sealed ziplock bag and into the shipping package.

Flower Petals
Please ensure your flowers are completely dried before shipping. Provide 2-3 large Petals or 4-5 small petals to ensure there are enough for your piece. Place petals into a ziplock bag and into the shipping package.

Hair
Please provide a lock of 1-2 inches of hair that is bound by string placed into a sealed ziplock bag.

Any unused cremation Ash, umbilical cord, flowers, or hair not used in your piece will be sent back with your finshed order. Any extra breastmilk will be held for 3 months in the event you wish to place another order.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, all orders can be customized! Please indicate clearly how you'd like to customize your order, multiple inclusions, half or full color additives, multiple color flakes, etc. Every piece created is one of a kind and no orders will look the same. All breastmilk has different color variations and cremation ashes can all appear different. There is no guarantee regarding the placement of hair, umbilical cord, ashes, or flakes.

How do I care for my piece?
Please care for your piece to ensure its longevity. Avoid bumping, scratching, or sleeping in your jewelry as it could cause damage. Avoid water and do NOT submerge your jewelry in water. Your piece is made via resin which is not waterproof but water resistant. Prolonged exposure to sun can cause discoloration and cause your piece to soften. Excessive exposure to smoke can also cause discoloration of your jewelry. Avoid harsh chemicals including cleaning solutions, lotions, hand sanitizer, etc. As with all jewelry, there is a possibility of change in appearance over time. Sterling Silver is subject to tarnishing over time, use an anti-tarnishing solution to shine up any sterling silver pieces. Rose gold and gold plated jewelry can naturally experience tarnishing over time.
